Returns & Refunds
I want every collector to feel completely confident when welcoming one of my paintings into their home.
Because each artwork is carefully created, packaged, and sent with great care, please read the following policy before purchasing.
Original Paintings
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to notify me if you wish to return an original artwork.
To be eligible for a return:
• The artwork must be in its original condition
• Returned in original packaging
• Not altered, framed, or damaged
• Carefully repacked for safe transit
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrives damaged or faulty.
Once safely received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days, excluding the original shipping cost.
Limited Edition & Open Prints
Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
• They are unused and unframed
• In perfect condition
• Returned in original packaging
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Custom or Commissioned Artwork
Because commissioned pieces are created specifically for you, these are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged in transit.
If damage occurs, please contact me immediately so I can arrange repair, replacement (where possible), or refund.
Damaged in Transit
Every artwork is packed professionally and insured.
If your artwork arrives damaged:
• Contact me within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photographs of the packaging and damage
• Do not discard the packaging
I will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
How to Request a Return
Please email me within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Name
• Reason for return
• Photographs (if damaged)
Returns must not be sent back without prior contact.
Refund Method
Refunds will be made to the original payment method once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected.
International Orders
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges, and import taxes for international returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
